Portofino Garden Arch

Description

The Portofino Garden Arch with its Roman styling offers simple features creating an elegant yet discreet entrance.  

The free-standing model “Portofino” is a lovely enticement to a private terrace or a fine restaurant. A memory of those sunny days in Italy, steep cliffs, deep blue water and white yachts.

Structure is made of 4 cm (1.58″) steel tubing and 2 cm (0.79″) steel bands. The hot-dip galvanization will extend the life of your arch.  The powder coating is a top-quality coating that will last for many, many years. The pinecone finials are cast aluminum and powder coated to match the arch.

Heavy steel bands and steel tubing are welded together and subsequently galvanized by hot-dip at 860 degrees Fahrenheit.  Such galvanization is also effect in the rust-prone welded areas and inside the tubing.

The structures are powder coated at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.  At this temperature the color and the sand-brushed galvanized surface fuse to create an extremely weather resistant surface.

Manufactured so that very little assembly is required.  Three standard sizes.

All Portofino arches are a special order.

Warranty Information

All metal trellis are welded from solid steel strips and steel tubes, hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to protect against rust. All Classic Garden Element trellises carry a 10-year guarantee against rust.
