  • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • A cost-effective choice for larger orders such as Gazebos & Pavilions, Garden Structures, or multiple Garden Decor items.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of every hand-finished piece, from our enduring Dry Cast Sandstone to our elegant Aluminum Trellises. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, our transparent process is here to help.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packaging/shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all parts and documentation. For delicate items like Glass Decor Outdoor, Fountains & Ponds, or Fiberglass decor, we strongly recommend double-boxing for protection.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the authorized return to our fulfillment center using a trackable carrier. We recommend insuring the shipment, especially for high-value items like Gazebos & Pavilions. The return address will be in your RMA email.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your refund or exchange is being processed.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Coco Fiber Liners: Due to their natural, perishable material and hygiene considerations.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Important Note on Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
